The girl and the boy had a friendship. On two occasions, she allegedly forced him to have oral sex. During questioning, the girl claimed that there was never any coercion, according to Smålands-Tidningen.
In its judgment, the district court took into account the girl's young age and that she is considered to have a special need for care.
