On its website, the bank states that the increase is 0.25–0.40 percentage points on fixed-interest periods of between one and ten years. For example, the one-year rate will be increased by 0.25 percentage points to 3.54 percent.
This is also the bank's so-called list rate without individual pricing or discounting. Like many other lenders, it is leaving the three-month interest rate unchanged, in SEB's case at 3.84 percent.
Länsförsäkringar Bank is raising one of its mortgage interest rates. The three-month fixed-term rate will rise by 0.15 percentage points to 3.99 percent.
One bank that differs, however, is Landshypotek, which has also chosen to raise its three-month interest rate, by 0.15 percentage points.
