At least eleven people have died in a fire at an automobile factory in Daejeon, South Korea, on Friday.
According to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, 170 people were in the factory when the fire started. A spokesman for the Ministry of Interior said at least 25 people are seriously injured, another 34 are slightly injured, and three are missing.
It is unclear what caused the fire, and extinguishing it was complicated by the fact that the factory contains approximately 200 kilograms of sodium, which can explode.
