All were taken to hospital by helicopter. Two Finnish men, in their 30s and 50s, suffered minor injuries. A Norwegian man in his 20s was seriously injured and has been taken to Norway for further treatment.
The rescue service received the alarm just before 1 p.m. on Wednesday. After about 45 minutes, mountain rescuers arrived on site.
No one else was taken to hospital, the police concluded after an extensive search operation.
The avalanche was reported to be 50 meters long, according to NSD.
