Ukrainian drones "successfully" hit the oil terminal in Ust-Luga, the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) said.
"The SBU, together with the Armed Forces, continues the systematic work to reduce the enemy's financial and logistical capabilities," acting head Yevhen Chmara said in a statement, according to AFP.
According to the governor of the Leningrad Region, the attack triggered a fire and caused damage to the port.
Earlier this week, Ukraine also attacked both Ust-Luga and the oil port of Primorsk on the other side of the Gulf of Finland, very close to Finland. Both are described as important Baltic Sea ports for Russia's fossil fuel exports.
