We understand the frustration of Tele2's customers, Viaplay's press manager Susanne Nylén tells the newspaper.
It was this summer that Viaplay moved much of its sports content to the new pay channel Viaplay Sport.
Tele2 did not include the channel in its basic offering. Instead, customers can add it for 699 SEK per month.
Ahead of Sweden's World Cup playoff match against Ukraine, the situation remains the same.
Sweden's World Cup playoffs are shown on Viaplay Sport, which is included in our sports packages and is an optional package for customers who want access to the content, Mariana Prieto Abarca, press contact at Tele2, tells Sportbladet.
According to the newspaper, Viaplay believes it is up to Tele2 to negotiate a solution.
We are always open to dialogue. All other operators have included the new channel in their basic offering. It is up to Tele2 how they want to handle it in the future for their customers, says Susanne Nylén.
