According to Göteborgs-Posten, a woman was found dead in an apartment on Wednesday.
A man was arrested on Friday on suspicion of killing the woman, but later that afternoon the Prosecution Authority announced that he had been released.
"After further investigative measures during the day, there is nothing to suggest that anyone took the life of the deceased woman," says District Attorney Simon Egelrud in a press release.
