Reports are coming in that a person with a weapon-like object has been seen on a balcony in Östersund.

Police are heading there and checking. At the address, two people and a weapon-like object are found.

The people are apprehended, initially suspected of aggravated weapons crime. They are to be interrogated and the weapon-like object is to be investigated.
