Police are contacted by the public who have seen a person riding a moped in an unusual manner along the central axis in the Mansängen area in Håbo municipality.

The public has also confronted the driver and suspicion arose that the driver was intoxicated.

The patrol arrives at the scene and the driver of the moped blows positively in the police's breathalyzer and is taken in for further blood sampling.

A report is filed regarding gross drunken driving involving the man suspected. The man is also detained in accordance with the LOB (Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons).
