During the afternoon, the police were contacted regarding a man who was standing on E4 at the exit towards the hospital in Sundsvall. Further calls came in that the man, who is suspected of being intoxicated, would have lain down in the ditch.

The police went there and found the man in the ditch. He was taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the care of intoxicated persons.
