Police alarm on Norra Vägen due to an outward person.

At the scene, the patrol encounters the complainant, a man in his 20s, who is said to have been verbally threatened by a person. 

The suspect is found in the area and is apprehended in accordance with the LOB (Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons). It is a man in his 25s.
