Spring means an increased risk of grass fires as last year's dry grass is exposed, and SMHI urges great caution when lighting fires or working with large machinery outdoors.
On Monday, the risk of grass fires will decrease as a precipitation area containing both rain and snow moves in over the country from the west.
Dalarna, northern Värmland and Norrland can expect snow or sleet, while rain is expected in the rest of the country.
A temporary high-pressure system will then bring sunshine and temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius in Götaland, Svealand and southeastern Norrland on Tuesday and Wednesday before the weather becomes unstable again closer to Easter.
