A man in his 50s was taken to hospital by ambulance on Tuesday morning after being gored by a bull, police said.
The man is seriously injured and is in intensive care, Region Kalmar County said on its website.
The accident is being investigated as a workplace safety violation. The incident occurred on a farm in the municipality of Mönsterås.
